To stretch or not to stretch before a workout?
Being in the fitness and wellness industry for over two decades, this has always been a topic of debate. I know from my personal experience and working with athletes that it is important to fire up and stretch the muscles you are going to use before a workout can prevent injuries and decrease recovery time. Recently, I shared on ABC15 a few simple ‘Parking Lot Yoga‘ poses you can do before a run, hike, or leg day at the gym. Don’t just watch, make sure to TRY IT!
