To stretch or not to stretch before a workout?

Being in the fitness and wellness industry for over two decades, this has always been a topic of debate. I know from my personal experience and working with athletes that it is important to fire up and stretch the muscles you are going to use before a workout can prevent injuries and decrease recovery time.
