Since 2004, Teresa has been teaching group classes at local gyms throughout Arizona. In September of 2011, she started teaching her own group and private sessions at her studio. In 2009, Teresa found a way to incorporate her love of the outdoors with yoga. She started mini yoga retreats throughout the Phoenix area. In 2013, she began teaching a “Yoga on the Lawn” series at Postino East, a wine bar in Gilbert, AZ. With
