Since 2005, Teresa has taught in group classes at local gyms and health facilities throughout Arizona. In 2011 she started teaching her group and private sessions at her studio. In 2009, Teresa found a way to incorporate her love of the outdoors with yoga, known as her mini yoga retreats. In 2013, Teresa was the first to bring the “Yoga on the Lawn” series to Postino East, a wine bar in downtown Gilbert, AZ. With its trendy location and Teresa’s creative techniques, the series quickly generated buzz within the community.
