What Are YOU Passionate About?

Teresa’s started following her passions back in 1998 when her interest in massage therapy sparked. She ultimately left the community college she was attending to pursue this interest. This interest very quickly turned into her passion.

You’re really not living until you’re at the edge of your comfort zone…

Despite the naysayers asserting it wasn’t a real “career” Teresa overcame the judgment and pursued her “passion” in massage therapy. She graduated massage therapy in 1999 and has been successfully practicing this career ever since. This same career opened the door to another passion…yoga. She graduated from Scottsdale Community College in 2004 with her Iyengar and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certification and received her pilates certification. Over the years, Teresa has worked in chiropractic offices, gyms, and now owns her own private yoga and massage practice based in Gilbert, Az. Through her love of yoga, the outdoors, and helping people better their lives, she launched an online yoga video program called Sirrine Yoga in July of 2014. The journey has been tough, but her passions and perseverance have led to a client base of NFL players, recognized radio personalities, successful business owners, and everyone in between.

Over the years of working with her clientele, she has had the opportunity to hear their life stories of struggle, triumph, and the journey toward their passion. Their journeys have inspired Teresa to share, and Emily’s story is nothing short of inspiring. With an entrepreneurial outlook, Emily turned her passion of photography into a thriving business!

Following your passion can be scary at first, but it makes you feel more ALIVE!

The Emily Snitzer Story….

“In 2007 I graduated with a business degree in Computer Information Systems and began my career working at a software company. I enjoyed my job and worked for some great people, but in the back of my mind I always envisioned myself someday owning my own business. Only problem, I didn’t know what that business was!

A couple years later, I married my college sweetheart and while planning my wedding I discovered this world of creative, small business owners…the florist that created our flowers, the designer that made our invitations, and most inspiring to me, the photographer that photographed our wedding. They were entrepreneurs, they were successful, and they were creative. I rather quickly became intrigued, and maybe a little obsessed, with photography and the world of weddings. I bought a decent camera and practiced A LOT with my friends and their kids. Thanks to Facebook, my images got out there and a complete stranger approached me about photographing their wedding. I was flattered, terrified, and excited. I shot that wedding, my first wedding, in the fall of 2010 and fell even more in love with photography. It was fun, it was rewarding, and it brought out this creative side of me that I didn’t know existed. One wedding led to another and over the next year I photographed 23 weddings and 60 portrait sessions, all while still working full-time at my day job. It was amazing, but it was exhausting. I came to the point where I had to make a choice between my career in IT and photography. At the end of that year I made the plunge and went full-time in photography, my passion.

I am now in the fourth year of business. I love working and growing with my clients as they grow their family, I love managing the business side, and most recently, I love the flexibility that owning my own business has brought as I start a family of my own.”
